March Madness Ovechkin Style

Joel Ward tweeted the following picture, which appears to be a NCAA tournament bracket that was filled out by Alex Ovechkin.  Here is my translation to a real bracket.  Click to make it more readable.

In the first round of the tournament, Norfolk State became one of 5 #15 seed teams in the tournament's history to upset a #2.  Ovi was one of about a dozen people in the world who didn't attend Norfolk State that picked them to win. In fact Ovi has them going to the Elite 8.  Although did he even fill anything out or was he making some joke.  I don't understand.
