Another DC Garden Gnome: Caps Nicklas Backstrom
Last summer the Washington Nationals minor league affiliate the Hagerstown Suns had an interesting giveaway idea. Instead of doing a typical bobblehead to commemorate the games Bryce Harper played for them, they decided to turn the rookie into a garden gnome. (Look how much that looks like Bryce...lol)Well, the Washington Capitals have decided to go the gnome route, giving away a Capital One Nicklas Backstrom garden gnome on Tuesday February 5th against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
