Caps Use John Harbaugh In Unleash The Fury Video

DC Sports Nexus ---- Wednesday, February 6, 2013

Everyone loves the Washington Capitals tradition of Unleash the Fury where the team plays a group of inspirational movie clips led by Tom Green and his famous line from the movie Road Trip.  (What? You didn't know it was from Road Trip?)

Well on Tuesday night, during a loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Caps had apparently edited the normal video to now include Super Bowl winning coach of the Baltimore Ravens, John Harbaugh.  Yes, the BALTIMORE Ravens.

Harbaugh comes in with a Caps sweater on and screams "Unleash the Fury!" early in the montage.

Adding Harbaugh to the video may make some of the Ravens/Caps fans happy, but this is Washington, DC, and we have a football team here.  It's called the Redskins.  Sure the Ravens win.  Sure lots of Caps fans are Ravens fans.  But you are gonna bring that mess into the city limits!?

We here at the DC Sports Nexus (note the lack of the word Baltimore) are all into team cross promotions.  Get me John Wall on there.  Get me Ryan Zimmerman on there.  Get me RGIII on there.

People we don't want to see: Matt Weiters, Ray Lewis.

Here is a terrible, awful video of it.  Who turns their camera sideways halfway through?  The guy who uploaded it that's who: (takes place around 20 seconds in)

What do you think about Having 2 football teams supporting one hockey team and vice versa?
